Happy Holidays!

I haven't done anything yet, but I had this brilliant idea tonight. The Xmas decorations had me craving a grasshopper...a holiday tradition my mom and I used to share.

I don't usually have dairy, but all of a sudden the light bulb went off connecting banana ice cream with the possibility of a grasshopper I could actually enjoy.

I pulled a bag of frozen banana out of my freezer and threw it in the Ninja. Added coconut milk to reach the 1 cup level. And then the magic happened with a tablespoon each of creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Yummy! It's just like Christmas in a cup!
