Oh My, Oh My

After a brief stop at the Hog Stop... Hey... station event. So it happened to be at a tavern... Anyhoo, I stopped to pick up some groceries.

Tonight I finally had an opportunity to make my Chicken Caesar Lasagna I've been dreaming about for a week. Well, I prepped it to be ready to pop in the oven tomorrow night. Tonight I had bruschetta... Can you tell I bought bread for dinner tomorrow? I can't keep my hands off it!

I also tried one of the panna cotta recipes. This Italian custard is called Peaches and Cream. (I made Starwberries and Cream for myself). I am really looking forward to trying that out tomorrow. And let's be honest, I'll probably have bruschetta again for lunch.

What a good food week I'm having!
